Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The location is ideal, with easy access to Times Square and other attractions, and the staff provided excellent service. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, although our breakfast experience was marred by overcrowding. While the hotel offered great value for families, it could improve on managing dining during peak times.
